Meet and Greet with Growing Hope-a joint meeting between Woods Road and Midtown NA's and Growing Hope (ALL Ypsilanti neighbors are invited to join!)
The Midtown Neighborhood Association welcomes you to join us at an informational session with Growing Hope. Learn more about the Growing Hope Center (located on 922 W. Michigan Avenue). This is the perfect time to ask questions such as Who is Growing Hope? What exactly IS the Growing Hope Center? What are Growing Hope's plans for the future? How can you participate as a neighbor and how will you be impacted as a neighbor?
Bike Ypsi Spring Ride and Festival 2009

Various length group rides through Ypsilanti and Ypsilanti Township.
- What:The big spring ride and festival!
- Group rides of the short, medium, and long variety.
- Information booths about Bikes, Ypsi, Bike Ypsi, and other sorts of stuff.
- ... you know, festival stuff - more details coming soon.
- Where: Recreation Park, at the corner of Congress and Elm(map).
- Who: Anyone who wants to, but cyclists who are itching to ride long or fast will probably not be interested in this one because it's more relaxed. Bring your helmet (mandatory for riders 16 and under) and your bike lock. Riders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
We believe that bicycling holds an important place in the development of strong, sustainable, and superb communities. We are committed to promoting cycling in Ypsilanti and making it the most bicycle friendly city possible. We like to have fun and socialize as we ride and after we get off our bicycles.
